Built out of
necessity.
RevIT started because waiting half a day for an MSP to call back never sat right with me. When something breaks, you need support now, from a human, preferably the same one every time. So I built the IT company I always wished I could hire: a capped client list, my direct number, and white-glove service as the default, not the upsell.
JP Holland
Hey, I’m JP! I’ve been in IT continuously since 2009. I’ve worked for SnapChat, Ring, 21st Century Fox, The Walt Disney Company, and Scopely, and I led the IT department at an a16z-backed hypergrowth startup. These days I build IT departments and AI automations for organizations around the world.
I also founded Seat Time, a lap-timing platform for track days, and built it by running AI tools as leverage: I set the plan, review the work, and decide what ships. It’s my proving ground for the same approach I bring to client work. See how I built it.
I’ve worked every job in IT. Large data centers, small server closets, and most recently from home. Heck, I still help my mom with her printer (yes, this does happen).
In my free time I’m racing cars and playing video games. Beyond those passions, I get to spend my days with my wife and our cat Pheobe. Without them, none of this would be possible.
I’d love to connect over a call and see how my experience can help your organization thrive.
How I work
THE SHORT VERSIONFew clients, on purpose
A limited roster means when you call, you never hear “we’ll open a ticket.” You get me.
Simple beats clever
I believe in keeping it simple whenever possible. The best system is the one your team actually uses.
Growth, not dependence
I don’t just consult. I grow your internal team, or build you one. Success means you need me less.
Let’s see if we’re a fit.
A quick call costs nothing, and I promise not to talk your ear off about lap times. Unless you want me to.
